Service that
builds forward.
Meet Temitope Oyeleye, the founder bringing experience in military leadership, data science, and community service to Benevolence Foundation.

Building systems that serve people.
From the Army to engineering and consulting, Temitope’s work connects disciplined leadership with a deep belief in human potential.
Temitope Oyeleye founded Benevolence Foundation to support youth development, veteran empowerment, trauma recovery, and community transformation.
His career brings together service and strategy. A U.S. Army veteran and former noncommissioned officer, he is also a data scientist and engineer whose work has included machine learning, AI systems, and enterprise technology consulting.
Temitope holds an MBA from Webster University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Ilorin. He has worked in technical and leadership roles across the defense and technology sectors, building systems intended to serve people well beyond a single moment.
His Christian faith informs a holistic view of empowerment that includes spiritual, financial, and relational well-being. Together with his wife, a Navy veteran and registered nurse who also holds an MBA, he is committed to a legacy of service and stewardship.
For Temitope, lasting impact means helping people find support, develop their strengths, and build a purposeful future.
